The king room we stayed in was spacious, and it

was a great retreat after long days exploring the area. It was equipped with a fridge and coffee maker which we appreciated. However, the air conditioning issues and the slight inconvenience with water service during our stay were minor drawbacks.

The room was clean and the mattress super comfortable, but the shower had some mold that made me uneasy. I'd probably give this place another shot if the shower issue was fixed.

No ventilation in the bathroom leads to moisture ruining the ceiling and walls. The pump bottles for shampoo and conditioner were malfunctioning. Accessing the microwave and fridge on the floor required kneeling down, which can be a hassle. Thin walls allow sound to travel, making it easy to hear neighbors' conversations or late-night activities.

Great location just three blocks from the water, and the modest room was clean and comfortable. Earplugs helped with outside noise.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern furnishing , and how clean our room was. There was ample space for us , our luggage and dogs. It was close to multiple dining options just a few blocks away.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain , but still acceptable.

We had a wonderful getaway with friends! We spent our days exploring the local beaches and tried scuba diving, which was an amazing experience. The place we stayed at was clean and comfortable, and check-out was super easy. There's so much to do in the area, so come ready for adventure!

The only downside was that the bathroom furniture was falling apart, which was a bit disappointing during our stay.

The double curtains gave us privacy and a nice view of Morro Rock. But honestly, the noise from outside was a bit annoying at times. Still, it worked for our stay!

during my stay, I loved how close I was to Tidelands Park, which was just a short walk away, offering stunning views of Morro Bay, and the nearby Taco De Mexico was a fantastic spot to grab a quick bite after a day of exploring.

The room was clean and welcoming, making it a pleasant retreat after a long day exploring the lovely Morro Bay. Hot water was consistent, and having a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge provided great convenience during my stay.

More comfortable beds would enhance the stay significantly.
